Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flow Master Chrome Extension ("the Extension") and the Flow Master website (flowmaster.one), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Flow Master is a Chrome extension that automates video and image generation on Google VEO AI (Flow). The Extension provides:

• Batch processing for multiple prompts
• Single Reference and First & Last Frame modes
• Queue management and auto-download features
• AI-powered prompt correction (Brain feature)

3. User Accounts

Registration: You must sign in using your Google account to use Flow Master. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account Data: We store your email, name, and avatar from Google OAuth. Subscription and credit data is stored securely in our database.

4. Subscription Plans

Billing: You agree that Flow Master uses Paddle.com as our payment processor. Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled. You will be charged within 24 hours before your subscription period ends.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period, then revert to the Free plan.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Extension for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Extension
• Share or distribute your account credentials
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Generate content that violates Google's Terms of Service

6. Third-Party Services

Flow Master interacts with Google VEO AI (Flow), Paddle.com for payments, and Supabase for data storage. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flow Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension, content generated by Google VEO AI, or interruptions in service availability.
