Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your Pro or Ultra subscription within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting smartmonkeyowner@gmail.com.

After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider exceptions for technical issues, billing errors, or significant service outages.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email smartmonkeyowner@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email and subscription details
  3. Explain the reason for your request
  4. We will respond within 48 hours

Refunds are processed through Paddle. Funds typically return within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Credit Refunds

Credits are automatically refunded when:

  • ✅ Generation fails due to technical error
  • ✅ Generation is cancelled before completion
  • ✅ Tab is closed during generation

Credits are NOT refunded when:

  • ❌ Content is generated successfully but unsatisfactory
  • ❌ User error in prompt or settings
  • ❌ Google VEO AI policy violation

Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but keeps access until period ends.

Refund returns payment and may terminate access immediately.
